Here is your Marketing Checklist for Q2! This quarter, we recommend you focus on bulk purchases. About 1/3 of Community Card sales nationwide are bulk purchases. This is the fastest and easiest way to grow your program with ongoing sales year-round.
In the "Working With Sponsors" link below, you'll find a one pager you can distribute to local employers to establish your card as part of their employee recognition program. Start with your board of directors and include city government, hospitals, law offices, schools and universities, corporate employers, and/or any employer with more than 10 employees. “Shop Local” employee rewards are a great way to recognize employees and give back to the community with the same dollars. Ask employers if they have favorite merchants they’d like to see in the program and add them. Write a press release (template provided) for your local newspaper or newsletter article on local employers who are supporting the “Shop Local” movement as part of their employee recognition program to give them the credit they deserve.
Please let me know if you have any questions or need help with anything!
