Your gift balance will remain active until the gift expires. Just return to the merchant to use your Yiftee again. After the gift expires any unspent balance will be returned to the gift giver.
What happens if I don't redeem the Yiftee gift for the full amount shown on the card?

I gifted a gift card to my grandparents and they accidentally deleted the text containing the link for their giftcard, is there another place for them to redeem it
Harder than concrete to get an answer. They don't want to interact which humans only texting, emails, or nonverbal methods.
I have used my gift, but am unable to remove the icon and no app shows up on my phone. How can I get rid of it?
