This week we’re going to double down on adding merchants. After week 1 you should have your handful of key influencer merchants onboard. At this point your Community Card webpage is looking good – with your customized images and branding, and the map has a few key merchants on it. Let’s use this webpage to recruit another 10+ merchants this week. Having a strong lineup of local businesses is key to the success of your Community Card program as it provides recipients with exciting options to spend their cards.
Your merchant webinar should be scheduled with your Community Engagement Manager for next week or the following. Use that also as an incentive for merchants to get onboard. Yiftee will run this webinar and merchants will have the opportunity to get answers to their questions.
Merchants can continue to onboard after launch, but this week you can remind them that they’ll be featured at launch if they are live – which is great for business. We’re attaching some explanatory videos for you and some merchant recruiting tools to help you get the word across.
Also this week, make sure you have ordered your In Store Marketing Kit. Yiftee will design this for you for free. You can either print locally or we can have it printed for you which will cost $600 to cover the printing and postage. It takes about 2 weeks delivery so if you order now you’ll have it in time for your launch.
